Job Description: Talent HRX is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the overall HR function. This role will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of HR, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering a positive and productive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business goals.
• Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and learning & development.
• Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive leadership on HR matters.
• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international employment laws.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and company culture.
• Guide the organisation through change management processes.
• Build a high-performing HR team and promote leadership development within the organisation.

Requirements:

• 20+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading HR strategy in a large or fast-growing organisation.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in driving organisational change and cultural transformation.
